Bolsover Castle, Derbyshire. This was a £3.5 million grant-funded restoration and redisplay project for this Scheduled Ancient Monument, which involved the restoration of 17th Century landscape gardens.
The project included extensive woodland management works, investigation of historic and cultural links with the town, car parking strategy and design works associated with the new visitor centre.
Much of the design work was based on archaeological investigation.
