Working with clients Mountgrange Ltd, Lloyd Bore was appointed to the technical team to design a scheme for a strategic new development of offices and apartments.
The majority of parking was placed underground, presenting a design challenge for rooftop space and freeing up extensive areas for private and public realm design, including a new 'pocket park'.
The site takes advantage of views across the Medway valley, and is constrained by the proximity of a listed Mansion.
