A mixed residential, office and retail scheme on the site of the former County Council offices. Proximity to a Listed Building and extensive views across the Medway Valley were key design challenges.

Working with Rolfe Judd Ltd Architects, our input was to provide landscape masterplans for consultation with the planning authority, and detailed landscape design work to support a planning application. Most car parking was placed underground, creating large areas for gardens and amenity space, including the design of an attractive new ‘pocket park’ overlooking the Medway.
