St Crispin's CofE Infant School is a small state run school for 4 to 7 year olds, occupying a relatively restricted site in a quiet residential setting.

Lloydbore designed a new landscape masterplan for the early years external areas, working closely with the school and staff to create a space that was vibrant, stimulating and exciting for young children, whilst satisfying key early years learning objectives.

A critical requirement of the brief was to develop practical and functional outdoor teaching spaces, given the limited amount of space available. The scheme provides flexibility for teaching and support staff through the multi-functional way external areas can be used.
