Working with Contractor Morgan Sindall and S.R Architects, Lloyd Bore provided detailed hard and soft landscape design work for the project, implemented under a design & build contract for Surrey NHS.

Lloydbore's ecology team were also appointed to undertake scoping survey work and advise on nature conservation issues, including precautionary measures for bats during the demolition of the former surgery building.

Key ecological recommendations contributed to sustainability credits achieving a BREEAM score of 'Excellent'.
