Situated within the Metropolitan Green Belt, London Golf Club is a top class international standard golfing facility with two tournament courses.
Lloydbore were commissioned by the Club to undertake a detailed landscape and visual impact assessment and ecological survey work to inform a planning application for a substantial new 5* Hotel, spa and conference complex. The work included production of verified photo rendered visualisations.
Lloydbore worked closely with DHA Planning and McKenzie Wheeler Architects to advise on design issues and mitigation strategy. After planning permission was granted we were commissioned by the Club to provide detailed landscape drawings and specifications to address planning conditions.
