Lloydbore have a number of ongoing commissions for residential properties in the countryside (NPPF Paragraph 55 legislation, formerly PPS7), such as Boundary Farm, a proposed contemporary home in the High Weald AONB.
The requirements to meet this legislation are for a house and landscape to be of an exceptional design and innovative nature. To achieve this, very close collaboration is required between client and all members of the design team.
A landscape-led approach is often crucial to this kind of project, where siting, understanding of local landscape resources and unique features leads to sympathetic and well informed design solutions. The core team includes Subrosa Ltd. Architects and Bishop Planning Consultancy.
In recent years Lloydbore have undertaken landscape assessment and design work for a number of PPS7 projects in Kent, including Flow House and Ewell Manor, both of which were granted planning permission.
