Lloydbore’s hard and soft landscape design work was an instrumental part of this mixed use project, recently completed in July 2022.

Working with Geoffrey Osbourne Ltd. and David Miller Architects on behalf of Westminster City Council, the mixed-use scheme included public realm improvements to an area surrounding an existing high-rise building (Parsons North), which formed part of the wider Paddington Green Strategy and featured extensive public consultation.

This involved the creation of new public spaces for amenity and well-being, as well as access improvements and a planting strategy focused on combating the effects of air pollution, which included a carefully considered design strategy to retain important existing trees and integrate them harmoniously with the proposed design.
